Namasté is a beautiful greeting, with respect and reverence, Namasté is a way to see and honour others. It is a Sanskrit phrase formed from namah, meaning, “adoration, bow” and the pronoun te meaning, “to you.” It is found in the Vedic literature. When you bow your head and say namasté at the end of a yoga practice, you have the chance to do more than simply mark the ending of the session.
